About
Ravi Ravensoul is an undead Mi'qote summoner who has lived in the afterlife for 428 years. His body is sewn together with different decaying grey skin tones through stitches that can be seen across his body. He is made out of multiple parts of other beings, most notably his eyes and fingers. One can imagine how many bodies he has gone through to complete this body. His body also has a stench of decay that he hides well enough.
Despite his circumstances, Ravi is very protective of his badly knitted body, avoiding sunlight as much as possible to preserve his decaying skin. Ravi's relationship with death itself is very complex, but most of it comes down to his respect for death itself. He tends not to meddle too much with the affairs of the living. Ravi occasionally replaces decaying parts of his body by taking from the departed if he really has to, as he sees it as a shameless act to be taking from those who have been lost in the first place.
Ravi hosts burial & sending services that return the souls of the departed into the rift of life to be reborn once again.
Ravi has accepted a disciple named Claire Feira under his wing in recent years after finding the story behind her death & is now gathering mistreated souls like her into "The Revenant Circle."

Despite his looks, Ravi's actually a kind & gentle being that values every soul. He believes every soul should be treasured, and it pains him to see suffering in one's life.
Ravi Ravensoul's undead life is bound by contracts. His role in ushering the lost souls back to the rift is a life he has willingly chosen—a story of he who has sacrificed to serve all life because of his love for the world.
Every living thing in this world holds a soul; the soul is the will of the living. When a body ceases to function due to old age, mortal wounds, or sickness, what's left is the soul of the departed. This soul, if not guided, will continue to wander the lands lost & seeking a way to be reawakened. Ravi's role is to lay rest to these souls & send them back to the rift of life to be reborn once again.
Like any other being that walks the land, Ravi is not immune to deterioration & will need to replace parts of his body whenever the need for it arises. Ravi's body is made out of different parts of the dead that he has made a contract with. To be able to use part of the deceased body, Ravi has to first accept their soul as his own & is required to fulfill any last dying wish the soul harbors. Ravi's own soul is a tortured one with barely any freedom to work with as long as he shares his vessel with another. Ravi will only be truly free once he has fulfilled all his contracts, and even then, he is forced to make new contracts to maintain the deterioration of his body hence why he treasures his skin and only stays in the shade or comes out only at night.

Tradition, to guide the lost souls back to the rift of life.
Bonds
Pact, unable to take a life on his own accord.
Pact, taking from the dead requires Ravi to form a contract with the soul in question to fulfilling their dying wish. Until this wish is met Ravi would have to share his vessel to host its soul.
Flaws
Decay, has lost his sense of smell and touch, eyesight & hearing are as good as an old man's.
Rigor mortis, his stiff body means he won't be able to make quick & nimble reactions.
